UI/UX Designer

Location: Poland; hybrid work, with offices in Warsaw, Limassol, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Develop designs for the main platforms.
• Build and maintain design systems, including auto layouts and variants.
• Document behavior rules for new modules.
• Create interactive prototypes and basic interface animations.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver a quality user experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with commercial projects.
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and design system methodologies.
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to find and use references.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and design rationale.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Framer, Spline, or Rive and experience creating basic interface animations.
• Experience with internal products.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
