Junior Market Analysis and Project Portfolio Specialist (Fuels and Energy)

What you will do

• Monitor fuel and energy markets, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, supply-demand trends, and business opportunities.
• Assess EU and Polish fuel-sector regulations, including RED III, biofuels, renewable transport fuels, RFNBOs, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare market, strategic, benchmarking, and scenario analyses to support management decisions.
• Administer and monitor the project portfolio, consolidating project status, risks, and performance data.
• Coordinate with business units on the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects.
• Prepare concise management-ready reports, analyses, and presentations in English.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, business, engineering, energy, or a related field.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written.
• At least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management and project portfolio management, including planning, monitoring, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Understanding of fuel and energy markets, EU and Polish regulations, renewable and low-carbon fuels, biofuels, and RFNBOs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or project portfolio management tools.
