Senior Product Manager (Shipping): Responsible for empowering Sellers and Buyers with the most convenient ways and processes to ship and receive their desired object with an accent on new shipping partners and maintaining the relationships with existing ones. Focus on improving the quality of the overall shipping experience for buyers and sellers.

Location: Most hirify.globalans are within commuting distance of one of our offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues.

What you will do

• Empower sellers and buyers with convenient ways to ship and receive objects.
• Select new shipping partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Manage feedback processes between sellers and buyers.
• Analyze customer behavior and needs through research.
• Contribute to product vision and strategy related to shipping.
• Manage stakeholders in commercial and shipping operations teams.

Requirements

• A strong belief in Customer Centric product development.
• A data driven approach; You base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.
• Familiarity with a/b experimentation.
• Natural collaboration and communication skills, fluent English, and good in posing probing questions to quickly and fully understand what someone's talking about.
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager ideally e-commerce focused.
