Supply Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Remote, based in Taiwan; candidates located in Kaohsiung are preferred

What you will do

• Plan end-to-end silicon production from wafer starts through assembly and test output across foundry and OSAT partners.
• Translate demand forecasts into wafer requirements and wafer-start plans while tracking WIP, cycle time, aging, material readiness, and output projections.
• Monitor production performance, supply availability, inventory, and capacity constraints.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate recovery plans with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Maintain planning models and data across wafers, die, and finished goods, supporting NPI and volume production.
• Improve planning and reporting through ERP, planning, and automation tools.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor supply planning, production planning, operations, or a related supply chain role.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, including FEOL, BEOL, wafer probe, assembly, and test.
• Experience with demand and supply balancing, forecasting, production tracking, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with foundries, OSATs, engineering, program management, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
