What you will do

Conduct industry, competitive, technology, and policy research.
Track key market trends and synthesize findings into executive-ready reports and presentations.
Support strategic projects and cross-functional information gathering.
Maintain research databases and expand the team’s analytical capacity.
Use AI productivity tools to improve team efficiency and knowledge management.

Requirements

Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Background in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

Interest in semiconductors, AI, automotive, or industrial technology.
