TechOps Engineer

Location: On-site in San Francisco's Financial District, five days a week

hirify.global is an applied AI company building a persistent personal assistant that can create and use software across email, calendars, documents, Slack, and CRM systems.

What you will do

• Own office networking, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, shared technology, and vendor troubleshooting.
• Manage the full employee technology lifecycle, including device procurement, inventory, setup, endpoint management, repairs, onboarding, and secure offboarding.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, identity systems, and access provisioning and reviews.
• Lead IT vendor relationships, renewals, procurement coordination, office moves, and technology buildouts.
• Operate SOC 2 and Vanta processes, coordinate audits and security reviews, collect evidence, manage vendor-risk reviews, and track remediation.
• Coordinate customer security questionnaires and enterprise reviews while building runbooks, queues, inventories, and automation.

Requirements

• Experience in technical operations and workplace technology, including hands-on compliance or GRC execution.
• Practical experience with networks, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, endpoints, identity systems, SaaS administration, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience operating SOC 2 or continuous compliance controls, collecting evidence, working with auditors, and tracking remediation.
• Ability to troubleshoot using admin consoles, APIs, logs, device settings, and network tooling.
• Clear written communication and effective collaboration with employees, engineers, auditors, customers, vendors, security, and legal.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco five days a week.
