UI/UX Lead (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-first music discovery platform and social music discovery game designed to help artists connect with audiences and create new commercial opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead the design team, set priorities, and maintain the quality and consistency of the user experience.
• Translate product requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Design mobile experiences that help artists get heard and make participation rewarding for music lovers.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system with reusable components, interaction patterns, and accessible interfaces.
• Test designs with users, apply feedback, and collaborate with engineering on specifications, assets, and implementation reviews.
• Balance ambitious product thinking with focused execution in an early-stage team.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX decisions and strong visual design, ideally for mobile products.
• Experience guiding designers or readiness to take on design leadership and ownership.
• Ability to make complex interactions clear, natural, and engaging.
• Collaborative approach to working with engineers and turning designs into working experiences.
• Familiarity with prototyping and user testing, with a willingness to learn and iterate.
• Consistent availability, reliable communication, and initiative when working with limited resources.

Nice to have

• Experience in music, gaming, social platforms, creator tools, or AI products.
• Interest in how human behavior and AI can create more useful and empowering experiences.
