Mechanical Assembler (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, USA; onsite production-floor role

Salary: $18.59–$25.10 USD hourly

What you will do

• Review and follow blueprints, diagrams, procedures, and work instructions for enclosure building assemblies.
• Assemble sheet metal panels for enclosure building doors, walls, roofs, and trusses.
• Use power tools and hand tools, including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, and grinders.
• Perform quality checks, identify product defects, and record and report issues.
• Maintain workstation supplies, tools, parts, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in assembly, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience safely operating powered equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, or overhead cranes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, engineering diagrams, written directions, and technical measurements.
• Basic knowledge of tools, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, and math.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, perform repetitive work, lift or move up to 35 pounds, and wear required PPE.
