What you will do

• Review and follow blueprints, diagrams, procedures, and work instructions for enclosure assemblies.
• Install electrical components and wiring for enclosure-building projects.
• Assemble sheet metal panels for enclosure doors, walls, roofs, and trusses.
• Use power tools and hand tools, including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, grinders, tape measures, and wire crimpers.
• Perform quality checks, identify defects, and record and report nonconformities.
• Maintain workstation supplies, tools, parts, cleanliness, and production-floor safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience wiring or installing electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering diagrams, and written instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and accurate measurement abilities.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 35 pounds, and wear required PPE.
