TL;DR
Singapore Occupational Health Intern, Wellness Programs & Engagement (Wellness Programs/Employee Engagement): Supporting workplace wellness campaigns, health talks, events, communications, registration workflows, and non-medical engagement data analysis across Singapore sites with an accent on employee communications, event coordination, and digital tools. Focus on organizing onsite activities, building Microsoft Forms and SharePoint resources, analyzing participation data with Excel and Power BI, and maintaining privacy and information security compliance.
Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Onsite activities across Singapore locations may be required; no travel is expected.

operates a large electronics manufacturing site in Woodlands supporting recording media operations.
What you will do
- Support wellness campaigns, health talks, challenges, roadshows, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with project planning, registrations, attendance tracking, event coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Create employee communications such as emails, posters, FAQs, reminders, and campaign materials.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Forms for registrations, surveys, and feedback collection.
- Organize and analyze non-medical participation data using Excel and Power BI where available.
- Support SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, workflow improvements, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Forms.
- Basic skills in data organization, reporting, chart creation, and quality checks.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to participate in onsite activities across Singapore locations when required.
- Availability for a full-time internship.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI.
- Experience from academic projects, student activities, volunteer work, events, surveys, or communications projects.
