What you will do

• Teach graduate-level courses online.
• Develop an ongoing scholarly research and publication program, including collaborative research with faculty in relevant content areas.
• Advise master's and doctoral students and chair or serve on graduate student committees.
• Provide service and leadership to professional organizations, the university, college, and department.
• Maintain a respectful, collaborative professional environment and support effective engagement with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in Higher Education or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution in the United States.
• Assistant professor candidates need an emerging record of scholarly research, graduate-level teaching experience, and potential to direct doctoral dissertations.
• Associate professor candidates need a substantial research record, experience directing doctoral dissertations, and demonstrated expertise in online instruction.
• Associate professor candidates must also demonstrate curriculum and program development experience and effective collaboration across the university community.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
