Sr. Analyst, Application Reliability Engineering - Operations

Location: Toronto, ON; on-site or hybrid attendance at Toronto-81 Bay is required, with 1–3 days per week on-site and on-call participation for 24x7 support.

What you will do

• Ensure the stability, performance, and operational readiness of supported applications and services.
• Monitor services, tune alerts, build dashboards, and improve observability coverage and telemetry instrumentation.
• Respond to medium- and high-complexity production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions after reviews.
• Automate operational toil and support SLI/SLO alignment across containerized and AI-enabled applications.
• Coordinate implementation plans for application changes and maintenance updates while sharing operational knowledge with peers.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain 24x7 support.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in SRE or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Microsoft Azure, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Experience supporting containerized applications in Red Hat OpenShift or AKS environments.
• Experience with production support, problem management, root cause analysis, and implementation planning.
• Degree or studies in Computer Science or a related field.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit are required.
