Pay range: $60.00–$77.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Provide health education and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Work autonomously with access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification are required for Nurse Practitioners.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• A federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
