Information Security Manager

What you will do

• Drive information security initiatives with IT and business unit managers.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, internal audit, and external audit activities.
• Draft, maintain, and enforce information security policies, processes, and standards.
• Conduct third-party vendor and internal security risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Develop and test controls across access management, vulnerability management, incident response, and data protection.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers while coordinating remediation and improving control-testing methodologies.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on information security experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of information security fundamentals and major frameworks, including CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
• Ability to explain technical risks in clear, concise, business-friendly language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP certification.
• Experience assessing SaaS and mobile environments.
• Experience leading incident response during a cyberattack or data breach.
