Location: San Francisco Bay Area, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties. Candidates must reside in the area or be willing to relocate; relocation assistance may be available.
Salary: $192,000–$216,000 annual US base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead policy development for advertising and commerce products, with flexibility to support other product policy areas.
- Create frameworks that support sustainable monetization while protecting users from deceptive practices, fraud, and economic harm.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to align policies with regulatory requirements across global markets.
- Develop advertising and commerce guidelines and translate complex policy requirements into actionable guidance for sales and product teams.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to identify emerging commercial risks and policy gaps.
- Collaborate with Trust & Safety to make commercial policies enforceable at scale through AI and human review.
Requirements
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising policy, platform monetization, or related roles at technology companies.
- Experience in at least two areas, including digital advertising, third-party data providers, brand safety and suitability, subscription business models, or developer APIs/SDKs.
- Experience using AI in day-to-day projects and workflows, with strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Experience working with revenue teams and understanding business metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders, with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
