What you will do

• Partner with Planning & Finance to translate commercial forecasts, revenue targets, and business priorities into merchandising strategies for console, web, and mobile Store experiences.
• Monitor business performance, customer behavior, and AI-generated optimization signals to adjust campaigns, placements, and content strategies.
• Use AI-powered insights and predictive signals to identify opportunities and optimize personalized Store experiences.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Review performance data on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences and turn analysis into merchandising actions.
• Develop best practices with wider Store teams and implement process efficiencies and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a global direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business.
• Knowledge of games monetization and live services.
• Experience using data, analytics, and AI-generated insights for commercial decisions and customer-experience optimization.
• Ability to translate financial objectives, customer insights, and AI recommendations into clear merchandising actions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaborative, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
