What you will do

• Perform paintless dent repair, wheel refinishing, and interior cosmetic restoration.
• Repair fabric, vinyl, leather, plastic, and carpet surfaces using dye and color-matching techniques.
• Remove and replace vehicle parts during the reconditioning process.
• Follow standardized work instructions and ensure vehicles meet quality and safety requirements.
• Support internal teams and customers through effective communication and service.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet performance and workstation certification standards.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with teams and customers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors or outdoors in inclement weather.
• Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts.
