Senior Prescription Analytics Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; remote or hybrid depending on business needs

What you will do

• Analyze prescription and healthcare market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Lead analytical projects for internal and external stakeholders, including client-facing presentations and business reviews.
• Design automation initiatives and continuous improvement programs that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, reporting standards, and key business KPIs.
• Support commercial enablement through business cases, strategic recommendations, portfolio expansion, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Use AI-enabled workflows and emerging technologies to optimize analytics and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, business administration, data science, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and large-data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Intermediate English proficiency required, with the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences and influence decisions through data.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of prescription audit methodologies and market measurement data.
• SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or Microsoft Fabric experience.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions, automation tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
