Salary: $170,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing new features for the Focalist system.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into design inputs, engineering specifications, and measurable KPIs.
• Develop engineering studies, risk assessments, test methods, and verification approaches for system performance.
• Integrate and debug prototypes while maintaining configuration and verification documentation.
• Maintain risk files, including FMEA and System Hazard Analysis.
• Prioritize engineering features and drive system-level execution throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Medical-device product development experience, including verification and validation.
• Strong technical, analytical, critical-thinking, and systems-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work across detailed technical analysis and broader system-level decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating with technical partners.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, small-team environment.
