GTM Engineer (AI/Security)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Candidates must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Build integrations and data pipelines connecting Salesforce, product data, marketing platforms, sales tools, and internal systems.
• Design the GTM data foundation, including data models, Salesforce architecture, APIs, pipelines, and a data warehouse.
• Automate campaign ingestion, lead routing, enrichment, attribution, follow-up tracking, and CRM updates.
• Build internal and customer-facing applications for enablement, account health, and product analytics.
• Replace manual workflows with maintainable, testable, reliable, and extensible systems.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify bottlenecks, prioritize solutions, and own systems through ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Experience building data pipelines, integrations, internal tools, automations, or other production systems.
• Ability to write and review code independently and maintain technical solutions.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with APIs, schemas, data models, databases, Salesforce, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical, reliable solutions.
• Experience using AI coding agents and modern development tools without compromising quality.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience building systems for a scaling B2B company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Clay, n8n, Gong, or similar GTM tools.
• Experience combining product-usage and GTM data, building applications from scratch, or working with data warehouses and modern analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with email deliverability or security, infrastructure, and developer-tooling markets.
