Analytics Engineer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex data models for operational and reporting needs.
• Develop data infrastructure, including pipelines, databases, and data warehouses.
• Implement data quality and integrity standards for accurate, reliable data.
• Explore healthcare and business systems data to identify insights and patterns.
• Automate and maintain reports and dashboards with actionable stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve care delivery and business value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment, with senior-level proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
• Experience developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly with DBT.
• Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data, such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government data.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
