What you will do

• Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements and apply them to operational, back-office, and field-facing business practices.
• Research regulatory websites, legal research tools, and industry resources.
• Interpret requirements, assess risk, and recommend appropriate actions, communications, or procedures.
• Communicate findings and next steps to business partners and representatives.
• Identify and correct compliance and regulatory deficiencies.
• Perform routine compliance testing and monitoring and support regulatory investigations or audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or significantly relevant and substantial work experience.
• 0–5 years of directly related experience.
• SIE, Series 6, and Series 26 FINRA registrations required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with key stakeholders.
