What you will do

• Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
• Assist with building, troubleshooting, and validating integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, and configurations.
• Collaborate with teams across functions and regions to coordinate handoffs and meet shared deadlines.
• Document progress, raise blockers, incorporate feedback, and respond to stakeholder needs.
• Follow quality, security, confidentiality, and data-handling requirements while using digital tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution, or recently completed a qualification.
• Basic analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify issues and propose well-reasoned solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document work clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and follow structured processes, tools, and guidelines.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
• Learning agility, a growth mindset, and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
