Amusements Manager (Arcade Games)

Salary: $60,889–$71,636 per year

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, and retain a team of Game Technicians.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain arcade and virtual reality equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and daily store maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, secure, sanitary, and well-functioning environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to equipment issues during live operations and work toward 100% game playability.
• Support excellent guest experiences and team performance in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of relevant experience diagnosing and repairing arcade games and technical equipment.
• Experience leading a team and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, noisy, and distracting environment.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, including approximately 50-hour work weeks.
