.NET Cloud Architect

Salary: USD 140,000–200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and define architectural standards and project direction.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate with project managers, analysts, designers, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders.
• Design, implement, integrate, and support cloud solutions using modern cloud architecture patterns.
• Define solution and technical architecture for phased software development and guide developers through code reviews and issue resolution.
• Document strategies, assessments, designs, integration approaches, estimates, and work plans.
• Support business development by demonstrating technical capabilities and shaping solutions for prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience with a broad range of tools and technologies.
• Cloud architecture experience with Azure or AWX.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core 3.1, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, and Swagger.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure Cosmos, or MongoDB, plus frontend technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, Angular, Bootstrap, Vue, or React.
• Ability to lead multiple technical teams and apply cloud concepts including IaaS, serverless, containers, PaaS, storage, infrastructure as code, and identity and access management.

Nice to have

• Cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, test-driven development, continuous integration, and SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, and Waterfall.
