Graphic Designer I (Healthcare)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States

Salary: $41,700–$92,800 annual base pay, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and creative options for marketing campaigns.
• Create digital and print materials using typography, illustration, imaging, page layout, and prepress techniques.
• Execute projects across multiple platforms while maintaining brand standards and internal style guidelines.
• Manage design work from visualization through production and deliver materials on schedule.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and at least one year of applicable studio, agency, or corporate experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design, project management, and the Mac platform.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of four-color and specialty printing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in a healthcare environment.
• Multimedia design experience.
• PC proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
