Graphic Designer I

Location: College Station, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Design accessible graphic interfaces for websites, pages, and applications.
• Create motion graphics for websites and multimedia presentations.
• Design brochures, signs, newsletters, presentation templates, and other print materials.
• Maintain project documentation, including approvals, comments, drafts, artwork, and brand standards.
• Manage projects in project management software and collaborate with the marketing team from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use of graphics.
• Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, work independently, and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Work beyond normal office hours and/or on weekends may be required; travel may also be required.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience.
• Knowledge of preparing projects for print production.
• Experience with content management systems for the web.
