Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator (ITSM & Configuration Management)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and health.
• Review and improve configurations, attributes, configuration items, groups, workflows, and ITSM processes.
• Configure CMDB capabilities to support ITSM deployment and operational excellence.
• Implement automation, notifications, alerts, reports, schedules, and data-load templates.
• Coordinate upgrades, permissions, updates, troubleshooting, and platform performance.
• Document technical processes and train business owners on relevant procedures.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, particularly with CMDB and ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, management, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST and SOAP web services, HTML, XML, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, ITIL standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required. Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA or CMDB Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure and ITOM modules.
• CIS Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITIL Foundation certification.
