Head of Structured Solutions (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

Location: Remote — work from anywhere. The company is headquartered in Gibraltar, but this is a full-time, 100% remote role.

What you will do

• Own an established, revenue-generating credit fund and its counterparty relationships.
• Set the strategy and product roadmap for yield products, tokenisation, Bitcoin-backed loans, and other structured investment solutions.
• Lead counterparty origination, due diligence, credit assessments, exposure frameworks, and ongoing risk monitoring.
• Manage the Investment Committee process and act as the primary interface with the external licensed Investment Manager.
• Oversee fund operations, accounting, NAV processes, reconciliations, investor inflows, and operational issue resolution.
• Build and develop the Structured Solutions team, document institutional knowledge, and support Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets, including senior ownership of a product, credit, or trading function.
• Demonstrated credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending.
• Experience assessing regulated financial institutions and crypto-native counterparties, including financial analysis, proof-of-reserves limitations, custody, rehypothecation, venue exposure, and on-chain analysis.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience building or overseeing pricing, risk, and structuring models.
• Experience designing and launching financial products and operating through formal governance processes such as investment committees.
• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Bitcoin and traditional fiat markets.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated fund structures and licensed external investment managers.
• Fund operations experience, including fund administrators, fund accountants, and NAV processes.
• Digital-asset counterparty or institutional investor relationships.
• Experience scaling a team or function within a fintech, bank, or asset manager.
• Balance-sheet and treasury experience, including ALCO, stress testing, and pricing.
