About the Role

You will own Reddit growth strategy and results, define the channel’s role in brand exposure, community trust, search visibility, and user conversion, and build the product’s subreddit into a lasting content asset. You will identify valuable communities and topics, develop content and engagement strategies, monitor performance signals, and continuously refine your approach using data.

Requirements

• Demonstrate verifiable success building or operating a Reddit presence for a brand or product
• Show measurable results in community reach, engagement growth, brand exposure, search visibility, off-site traffic, or conversions
• Understand Reddit community culture, subreddit rules, community trust, content context, and anti-marketing mechanisms
• Exercise sound judgment about the suitability of English-language content for Reddit
• Use traffic, engagement, exposure, indexing, citation, and conversion data to refine strategies
• Proactively define problems, formulate strategies, execute plans, and review results
• Collaborate with growth, SEO, product, and content teams
• Experience using AI to improve Reddit operations is preferred
• Reddit growth experience in the Web3 or crypto industry is preferred
• Multilingual Reddit community operations capabilities are preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the product's Reddit growth strategy and results
• Define Reddit's role in brand exposure, community trust, SEO, GEO, and user conversion
• Build and operate the product's subreddit as a long-term content asset
• Plan participation across the Reddit ecosystem
• Identify high-value communities and topic opportunities
• Increase the brand's organic visibility among target users
• Establish Reddit content and engagement strategies
• Track community visits, content engagement, search indexing, AI answer citations, and conversion signals
• Iterate growth strategies based on performance data

Hiring Process

After resume passes initial screening: "Written test, phone interview, and video interview." Candidates who pass initial screening are offered RMB 1,000–3,000 to complete a practical task within 1–3 days, to assess both capability and team fit. If all goes well, a formal offer will be extended. A 2–3 week onboarding period may follow, with company covering round-trip airfare and hotel expenses.
