Social Media and Community Operations Specialist (3D Printing)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid with 3 days per week on-site in the Budapest office

What you will do

• Coordinate editorial calendars with social media and video creators to turn complex 3D printing workflows into high-quality branded content.
• Manage the technical setup, tagging, organization, link tracking, and quality control of outgoing social media content.
• Grow hirify.global’ presence on Reddit and specialized industry forums through technical engagement and authoritative contributions.
• Structure forum and social content to improve SEO and AEO visibility.
• Recruit and onboard technical influencers and manage the affiliate program from onboarding through performance optimization.
• Use affiliate platform workflows, performance data, and tiered incentives to scale high-intent traffic and publisher impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing in a technical or engineering-driven field.
• Technical understanding of digital fabrication and genuine interest in 3D printing technology.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and specialized technical forums.
• Understanding of SEO, AEO, community management, affiliate marketing, and social or community data analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional EMEA language skills are a plus.
