Site Identification Lead (Biotech)

What you will do

• Develop accurate country, site, and enrollment strategies for clinical study opportunities, proposals, re-bids, and awarded studies.
• Conduct data mining, therapeutic research, and analysis using databases, scientific literature, online resources, and medical expertise.
• Prepare feasibility materials, site lists, enrollment strategies, and bid defense presentations.
• Lead planning meetings with medical, therapeutic strategy, business development, sales, and program stakeholders.
• Present recommendations, resolve issues with project teams, and identify process improvements.
• Train and support new team members and junior staff while maintaining knowledge of clinical research developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or biological science.
• At least 3 years of related experience in clinical research and/or data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of clinical research, medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and the drug development process.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, computer, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English report writing is required.
• Experience with clinical or project management and knowledge of company clinical systems and procedures are preferred.
