Intern - Supply Chain Management

Location: Taylor, TX, United States; on-site at least 2 days per week

What you will do

• Review spend requests for accurate coding.
• Prepare and report financial analysis for budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
• Run integrations and reconcile data between ERP and financial planning systems.
• Update the financial planning system with guidance from team members.
• Make routine business decisions, escalate issues, and follow applicable regulations and organizational policies.
• Complete a project and present the deliverable at the end of the internship, likely an annual ISO/RTO benchmarking presentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least sophomore-year standing.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• General understanding of general ledger, revenues, expenditures, amortizations, and accruals.
• Ability to work on-site in Taylor, TX at least two days per week, or more as required by business needs.
