Line Facilitator (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead resources across production operations and drive operational excellence within assigned production lines.
• Maintain GMP, housekeeping, safety, environmental, quality, and business-system compliance in the work cell.
• Ensure equipment is operated according to procedures and maintain accurate batch records, DHS, work orders, and pressure sheets.
• Raise, communicate, and investigate non-conformances initiated during the shift.
• Monitor cycle times and escalate deviations to the Value Stream Leader.
• Coordinate proactively with planning, stores, maintenance, and quality control teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum GCSE level or equivalent in numeracy and literacy.
• Hands-on experience working under Good Manufacturing Practice conditions in a compliant, traceable, and hygienic production environment.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Ability to identify non-compliance, escalate health and safety issues, and ensure required PPE and resources are available.
• Understanding of cycle-time monitoring and production-line performance.
