Director - Integration & Separation

Location: New York, United States. Travel is required as dictated by client engagements, with scheduling flexibility based on client needs.

Compensation range: $151,200–$304,200 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.
• Advise clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.
• Oversee engagement teams, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
• Support client relationship management and engagement expansion.
• Collaborate with deal, functional, and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor managers and support the development of future leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements.
• Ability to travel as required by client engagements and work with high scheduling flexibility.

• Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.
