Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Location: Juneau or Fairbanks, Alaska, USA office

What you will do

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and review design plans, technical reports, and specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• 10–15 years of relevant water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• PE license or ability to obtain one within one year.
• Experience with water and wastewater design, project management, and client relations.

Nice to have

• Understanding of treatment processes.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and distribution and collection systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and GIS.
