AI Video Producer (Generative AI)

Location: Remote in Europe or LATAM, with worldwide location flexibility

hirify.global is recruiting for a fast-growing international AI company developing AI-first content and production workflows.

What you will do

• Own AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing, and final delivery.
• Lead the creative and technical execution of AI-generated video projects.
• Develop advanced prompting workflows and evaluate emerging AI video generation technologies.
• Edit, composite, and polish generated content while maintaining narrative, character, and visual consistency.
• Contribute to AI-first content pipelines through experimentation, iteration, and technical problem-solving.
• Share technical and creative learnings with the R&D team and work autonomously with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong professional track record and portfolio in AI-driven video production.
• Advanced hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse, or equivalent.
• Strong prompt engineering expertise, deep generative AI fluency, and experience with active AI workflows.
• Advanced Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent skills, with the ability to complete production independently.
• Fluent English and full comfort with explicit and hardcore NSFW content are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, refining, upscaling, or inpainting.
• 3D, VFX, colourist, Photoshop, or design background.
• Model training experience and strong character, narrative, and visual consistency skills.
