AI Video Producer (AI)

hirify.global is recruiting for a fast-growing international AI company developing AI-first products and workflows.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompt development to editing, compositing, and final delivery.
• Create AI-generated video content using current generative AI video tools.
• Develop prompts and workflows that maintain consistent visual styles, characters, and sequences.
• Edit and polish generated footage with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Experiment with AI workflows, solve production challenges, and improve output quality.
• Share workflow improvements with the R&D team and iterate on feedback.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.
• Professional experience with current AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse, or equivalent.
• Strong AI fluency and prompt engineering skills, with a portfolio containing AI-driven video work.
• Professional experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing tools.
• Full comfort with explicit and hardcore NSFW content, including MPC / Companion Mode work.
• Fluent English, independent delivery skills, and the ability to receive and implement feedback.

Nice to have

• ComfyUI or Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 experience.
• 3D, VFX, colourist, model training, Photoshop, or design experience.
