Location: Charlotte, NC, USA; regular work at healthcare facilities with driving, occasional overnight travel, and flexible early morning, evening, and weekend schedules.

What you will do
- Set up and operate surgical technologies before and during procedures.
- Provide technical equipment guidance to surgeons and healthcare staff.
- Complete preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibration, and documentation.
- Load and transport surgical technologies to healthcare facilities and drive as part of daily work.
- Apply laser safety and safe workplace practices while building professional relationships with healthcare partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, communicate clearly, and maintain strong organization and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds, and to bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
- Must meet assigned medical facilities’ credentialing requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, background checks, and drug screens where applicable.
Nice to have
- Medical, EMT, surgical technologist, or military experience.
- Experience with long days, unpredictable schedules, early mornings, or similar operational environments.
