Senior Audit Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead and review internal audit project teams, including multidisciplinary teams working on cross-enterprise matters.
• Manage multiple audit projects, track progress, and provide reports to business-line and audit management.
• Evaluate risks, controls, policies, procedures, and management’s risk-monitoring processes.
• Identify audit issues, recommend corrective actions, and facilitate practical solutions.
• Draft audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop audit professionals while providing strategic risk advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of audit, audit-related, or relevant business-line experience.
• Experience in project and people management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management.
• Technical knowledge of accounting, fund services, asset services, and regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required. Professional audit certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are preferred.
