Senior Accountant - Cash and Intercompany

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cash and intercompany accounting and controls across multiple entities and regions.
• Oversee daily cash accounting, bank reconciliations, cash positioning, month-end close, journals, substantiations, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations, netting, and settlement cycles.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity, resolve aged and complex reconciling items, and support internal and external audits.
• Partner with Treasury on cash management, funding, liquidity, and alignment between accounting and operational cash movements.
• Drive process improvement, automation, standardisation, reporting, and team capability development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting with strong exposure to cash management, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Technical understanding of IFRS/GAAP, financial instruments, foreign currency, and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
• Strong controls, balance sheet integrity, audit readiness, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Treasury or working capital teams and improving finance processes through automation.
• Qualified accountant with CA, CPA, or equivalent certification; ERP experience such as D365 is preferred.
