Software Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: US locations are listed as Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Westminster, Colorado; the role is in office four days per week in Westminster, CO. Travel is minimal to 10%.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead an engineering pod in using AI coding agents, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Transform AI prototypes into production software with error handling, security compliance, test coverage, and observability.
• Own hiring, onboarding, mentoring, career development, and performance coaching.
• Build shared repositories, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation datasets, and data-access standards.
• Align engineering delivery with product strategy, risk management, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing an AI Product Development Life Cycle and directing agentic AI tools through planning and delivery.
• Proven people-management and technical-leadership experience in agile environments.
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills, including deep expertise in .NET and C#.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue, plus relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Commitment to ethical AI, including data privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting complex enterprise solutions and implementing agentic RAG or context-engineering patterns.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems with scalable multi-agent workflows.
