Focus on translating business requirements into scalable solutions, coordinating testing, troubleshooting integrations, and mentoring HRIS analysts.

What you will do

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday and other HR technology solutions, especially for Time Tracking and Scheduling.
  • Lead HR technology implementations, enhancements, upgrades, release activities, and other complex HRIS projects.
  • Act as a functional and technical subject matter expert for assigned HR modules and business processes.
  • Develop advanced reports, dashboards, analytics, and data visualizations for workforce and business decisions.
  • Drive data governance through audits, data-quality monitoring, and control implementation.
  • Coordinate testing, support integrations, resolve complex technical issues, and maintain process and training documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience leading complex HR technology projects, implementations, enhancements, and system testing.
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as Time Tracking, Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, or Learning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills in a global or multi-business-unit environment.
