D365 CE/CRM Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Fully remote across Europe; candidates must be based within Europe

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per annum

What you will do

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for varied customer requirements.
• Own the technical approach from discovery and solution design through implementation.
• Develop and oversee Dynamics 365 customisations, integrations, and extensions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with customers and Functional Consultants.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and customer meetings.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proven experience designing and architecting Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, customisations, and the wider Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or guidance to other developers.
• Confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English and residence within Europe are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Power Platform.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or professional services organisation.
