Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Tech (m/f/n)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Data, and AI roles.
• Partner with hiring managers from role definition through final hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, recruitment timelines, and compensation.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess competencies and cultural fit.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes, build talent pools, and support employer branding.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment, either agency-side or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Experience conducting structured interviews, such as STAR-based interviews.
• Understanding of technology roles and stacks, including backend, frontend, cloud, and data.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and data-driven skills; English at B2 level or higher.
