1 Recruiter — based in Ukraine, ideally Lviv or nearby
3 Talent Acquisition Researchers / Sourcers — based in Ukraine or Poland
A few important things for us:
Upper-Intermediate English or higher — you should feel confident speaking with native speakers, candidates, and hiring managers on a regular basis
Strong interest in AI and modern recruiting tools
Hands-on use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered services in sourcing, research, outreach, or day-to-day work
