Recruitment Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; onsite work is required for the role, with 5 days per week onsite during initial training and onboarding.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and other non-IT functions.
• Launch requisitions, advertise vacancies, source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and assess applicants.
• Guide hiring managers through interviews, selection, offers, and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather and summarize feedback, and manage the candidate experience.
• Track requisitions and candidates accurately in Workday.
• Monitor recruitment market trends and share relevant market intelligence with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or in a recruitment agency.
• Experience supporting Operations or other non-IT functions; banking, financial services, or payments experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English for daily communication across multiple countries and fluent Polish for collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
