R&D Engineer (Deep Learning)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize speech modules using state-of-the-art deep learning technologies.
• Design, test, and deploy speech-processing technologies for core products and services.
• Conduct focused, goal-oriented research and development while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with international, cross-site R&D experts on applications such as My-Own-Voice.

Requirements

• Strong background in statistical modeling and advanced deep learning applications.
• High proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks and libraries.
• Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows environments.
• Strong ownership, creativity, teamwork, and ability to turn innovative ideas into efficient products.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• C/C++ experience.
• Experience in speech processing, speech synthesis, speech recognition, or Natural Language Understanding.
