What you will do
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to banking supervisors on time.
- Develop scalable regulatory reporting processes as the business expands into new markets.
- Gather reporting data from teams across the company and ensure submissions are complete and timely.
- Monitor regulatory changes and keep reporting practices up to date.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen regulatory understanding and company-wide compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting within a bank or fintech company.
- Strong Excel skills; database management experience is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, or German.
- Database management experience.
