Analyst - Finance GBS

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Complete accurate financial reporting within established deadlines.
• Prepare and complete general ledger reconciliations, focusing on liability and receivable accounts.
• Perform account and variance analyses, identify root causes, and document corrective actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and special projects.
• Support audits and help implement process improvements, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting in a corporate accounting environment.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred, especially Oracle Financials.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, or financial reporting is preferred.
